Facilitated by Jazmin Alejandro, LSW, and Rachel Trabaris, LSW, CT, this monthly group fosters community support and connection while helping participants strengthen coping skills, practice wellness, and embrace self-care. Each session offers practical tools, meaningful conversation, and opportunities for reflection to help navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and find purpose. No matter your personal experience, everyone is welcome to participate and benefit from this supportive, engaging program.
