Short-term Counseling
Short-term counseling may be helpful for individuals seeking support while waiting for intake with a long-term care provider. The Resiliency Division can provide referrals for short- or long-term counseling in English, Spanish, and potentially other languages upon request.
Referrals & Resource Navigation
Not sure what resources may be available to you, or what services may be helpful to you or your loved ones? The Resiliency Division can assist in identifying services and providers, and supporting your care through case management. The City’s network of resource partners are local, trauma-informed, and able to provide assistance in English, Spanish, and other languages.
Case Management
The Resiliency Division has curated resources to assist adults, teens, parents, caregivers, and others in learning more about coping with grief or traumatic experiences, caring for your emotional health, and providing age-appropriate support for children who have experienced a traumatic event. These resources are available in English and Spanish.
The Resiliency Division can assist you with finding care and support and navigating the challenges of managing multiple providers. Based on your unique needs, the Resiliency Division will connect you with the service providers who are best positioned to assist you.
